I am planning to move to Uruguay in June or July after 13 years in Thailand. I have been meditating for more than 35 years and teaching it for more than 25. I am hoping to find enough students to teach so that I can support myself, at least part-time as I have an online job for a company in Hong Kong. I would like to hear from people (both English- and Spanish-speaking) who are interested in learning to meditate (more info at www.saenyim.com/Meditation.htm) and also from people who have suggestions to offer as to where to live, eat, socialize, work-out and so on. Welcome to Uruguay! I just want to let you know Uruguay is a bit more expensive than Thailand. I think there are a lot of people here that would love to take meditation classes. However, you will have to promote your classes, maybe using Facebook groups? In which city do you plan to stay?
