Most of the forums are empty. It makes the forum feel empty and abandoned.
I would suggest removing most of the forums and just have maybe 2 to 10 forums. And then expand when necessary. For instance just one "Culture" forum. Then if there are tons of posts about one culture topic you could add a sub-forum for that.
