Expat activity around Uruguay?
Mvd boasts two expat groupings holding regular gatherings. Does anybody know of any expat groups or activity elsewhere -- even if only a website? UY is a famous expat haven, and I've been digging for this info as deeply as one can from 5,000 miles away, but so far there's never a hint about expat doings... |
