Read a recent post that mentioned that homeshooling was not allowed in Uruguay; does this only apply to citizens of Uruguay. If I purchase property and elect a second-citizenship would this also apply to me; or if my children visit me for an extended period of time (6-months a year) would this apply to them.....................
