We host a language exchange gathering every other Friday evening at the Bar Atlántico on La Rambla (corner of Guayaquí) in Pocitos neighborhood of Montevideo from 6:30PM.
No reservations are required. The meetings are an informal, low-pressure way for people learning Spanish or English to meet and chat. Even if you just want to make new Uruguayan (or English-speaking) friends, stop by!
The Bar Atlántico is a family friendly café overlooking Pocitos Beach with a "Living Room" area set aside for our gathering with comfortable sofas, booths plus an adjoining bar and tables just outside on the terrace.
The next meeting is FRIDAY, December 18th from 6:30PM to 10:00 PM. Come anytime and make some new friends.
The following Language Exchange Gathering will be on January 8th, and every two weeks thereafter.
